- 1 oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp stevia powder blend (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine melted butter, almond flour, egg, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and stevia. Stir until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until the cake is firm and risen.
- In a small bowl, melt additional butter and mix in ground cinnamon and stevia for the glaze. Pour over the warm cake.
- Whisk cream cheese with stevia and swirl it on top of the mug cake.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut oil and a non-dairy cream cheese alternative. Customize by adding nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips.
