Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp stevia powder blend (like Truvia)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for glaze)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (for glaze)
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend (for glaze)
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine melted butter, almond flour, egg, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and stevia. Stir until smooth.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until the cake is firm and risen.
  3. In a small bowl, melt additional butter and mix in ground cinnamon and stevia for the glaze. Pour over the warm cake.
  4. Whisk cream cheese with stevia and swirl it on top of the mug cake.

Notes
