Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 2 pounds
- Eggs: 2 large
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cream of Mushroom Soup: 2 cans (10.5 oz each)
- Milk for Sauce: 1/2 cup
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Form the meat mixture into patties, about 1-inch thick, and place them in the prepared dish in a single layer.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup with an additional 1/2 cup of milk until smooth, then pour over the patties.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
- Let cool slightly before serving hot.

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or fluffy rice and a green vegetable like steamed broccoli.
