No reviews

These puff pastry bites are buttery, cheesy, tangy, and a total holiday showstopper. With melty brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and optional crunch from candied pecans, they disappear in minutes—so go ahead and double the batch!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bites 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.

3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.

4. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of candied pecans (if using).

5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

6. Cool for 5 minutes, then top with a tiny sprig of rosemary for a festive touch before serving.

Notes

Make these bites extra festive with a touch of orange zest in the cranberry sauce.

For a nut-free option, omit the pecans or use toasted pumpkin seeds.

Best served warm, but they can be made ahead and reheated gently in the oven.
