- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss the cleaned shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the shrimp evenly in a greased baking dish. Scoop the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp, packing it in lightly.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For variations, consider swapping shrimp for scallops, using different cheeses, or adding cooked spinach or artichokes.
