- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and mix well. If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup, nut butter, and any optional ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
