- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; stir until thick and glossy.
- Dredge chicken tenderloins in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Fry chicken tenderloins in hot oil for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and drizzle with bang bang sauce before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute plain yogurt for mayonnaise. Adjust sauce spiciness by altering sriracha and chili sauce quantities.
