- 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb. roast beef
- ¾ cup melted cheese sauce
- Store-bought Arby’s sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops thicker.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the bottom halves in the dish.
- Layer the roast beef generously over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Pour melted cheese sauce over the beef evenly.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls and press down gently.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced onions, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Stir to mix.
- Using a basting brush, coat the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 275°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Slice into 12 sliders and serve with Arby’s sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use high-quality roast beef and cheese sauce for best results. Can also add sautéed peppers or switch to turkey or chicken.
