Delicious Beef and Cheddar Sliders with a buttery garlic topping, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lb. roast beef
  • ¾ cup melted cheese sauce
  • Store-bought Arby’s sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops thicker.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef generously over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Pour melted cheese sauce over the beef evenly.
  5. Cover with the top halves of the rolls and press down gently.
  6. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced onions, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Stir to mix.
  7. Using a basting brush, coat the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 275°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Slice into 12 sliders and serve with Arby’s sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use high-quality roast beef and cheese sauce for best results. Can also add sautéed peppers or switch to turkey or chicken.
