- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to prepare the special sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Then, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, roughly 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread special sauce over the center, add beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickles.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll it up, and cut in half if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan for best results.
