- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch along the edges.
- Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese layer.
- Top with the fresh basil.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze generously over the entire plate.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or baguette.
Notes
Add a few sprigs of fresh basil or a sprinkle of cracked black pepper for presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
