- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works best)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice level)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For richer flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder. Mix in chopped celery or bell peppers for crunch. Monitor closely in the oven to avoid overcooking.
