Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until nicely browned and desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a separate saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the cheesy sauce, then add the cooked steak tips, tossing until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
