Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until nicely browned and desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. In a separate saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  4. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the cheesy sauce, then add the cooked steak tips, tossing until well coated.
