- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the batter into the pan. Bake as directed.
- Allow the brownie to cool completely before adding the cheesecake layer.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and heavy cream.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base and drizzle with caramel sauce, swirling gently.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the center has a slight jiggle.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel, and chocolate shavings before serving.
