  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the batter into the pan. Bake as directed.
  3. Allow the brownie to cool completely before adding the cheesecake layer.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and heavy cream.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base and drizzle with caramel sauce, swirling gently.
