- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling. Grill each wrapped tortilla in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, cut in half, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve warm with extra creamy garlic sauce on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
