Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz high-quality semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped

  5. Once firm, use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll each portion into smooth balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. For extra flavor, drizzle melted chocolate over the truffles or sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

For best results, always use high-quality chocolate. You can substitute cherry puree with fresh blended cherries.
