Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mashed avocado, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich: place the chicken and avocado mixture on one slice of bread, top with cheese, and cover with the second slice.
- Cook the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down, until the bread is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich gently and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
Notes
