Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface and distribute the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- If using, sprinkle croutons on top of the filling.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For meal prep, wraps can be assembled and frozen for up to two months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
