Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce generously over the meatballs, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
