  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut to match other cheeses
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar cheese, cut to a uniform size
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits, sliced
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 green kiwi fruit, sliced

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients and lay out a large cutting board.
  2. Create the outline of your tree using fresh rosemary sprigs, starting from the top and fanning them out.
  3. Position the celery stalk vertically at the bottom as the tree trunk.
  4. Layer the sharp cheddar cheese squares at the base, followed by clusters of red grapes, Monterey Jack cheese, green grapes, and black grapes.
  5. Arrange sliced kiwi into a triangle near the top for a festive crown.
  6. Top with a slice of star fruit.
  7. Scatter fresh cranberries and assorted nuts throughout the board.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
