- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and blend in the sour cream until smooth.
- Gently fold in the drained corn, diced green chilies, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions until well-combined.
- Add the chili powder, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crispy tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For added flavor, you can incorporate crushed garlic, lime juice, or a chopped jalapeño. If desired, try substituting Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
