Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 6 evenly sized patties, pressing a small dimple in the center of each.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness, flipping gently to avoid breaking.
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes after grilling.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, or other desired toppings.
