  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Dry chives
  • 2 teaspoons Dry onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Green olives, optional for garnish
  • Pretzels, optional for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes until it’s spreadable.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with dry chives, dry onion, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of pepper until smooth.
  3. Lay the salami slices flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice, avoiding an overly thick layer.
  5. Roll each salami slice tightly from one end, securing with a toothpick.
  6. Optionally, add a green olive or pickle on top of each toothpick for garnish.
