Scale
- 12 slices Salami
- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened

- 2 teaspoons Dry onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Pepper, to taste
- Green olives, optional for garnish
- Pretzels, optional for serving
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes until it’s spreadable.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with dry chives, dry onion, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of pepper until smooth.
- Lay the salami slices flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice, avoiding an overly thick layer.
- Roll each salami slice tightly from one end, securing with a toothpick.
- Optionally, add a green olive or pickle on top of each toothpick for garnish.
- Arrange the roll ups on a serving platter, serving immediately or refrigerating until guests arrive.
Notes
Serve with a bowl of dipping sauce for added flavor. Can also be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
