Delightful no-bake truffles that combine creamy cream cheese with zesty orange and crunchy vanilla wafer crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
