- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- Dust with powdered sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
