Ingredients
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Olive oil (for spraying)
Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients.
2. Prepare the dough by letting it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or rolling out homemade dough.
3. Cut the rolled-out dough into 3×3 inch squares.
4. Fill each square with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and salt.
5. Seal the rolls by folding the dough over the filling and crimping the edges.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the rolls in a single layer.
8. Cook the pizza rolls for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
9. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy rolls, brush the tops lightly with olive oil before air frying.
Try different fillings like sausage, veggies, or extra cheese.
Freeze assembled rolls before cooking for an easy make-ahead snack.
