- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet to form an even crust.
- Lay the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add herbs for a unique twist.
