A delightful dish featuring flaky salmon topped with a crispy, golden crust of Parmesan and breadcrumbs, all infused with fragrant garlic and fresh lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet to form an even crust.
  5. Lay the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add herbs for a unique twist.
