Instructions
- Prepare your filling by combining your chosen ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
- Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for just a few seconds to soften them.
- Lay a single wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold over and seal edges tightly.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add dumplings to the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
