A comforting Crock Pot dish featuring tender chicken smothered in a creamy, flavorful sauce, served over angel hair pasta.

  • Total Time: 375 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot, ensuring they are evenly spread out.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds apart.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the chicken is done, shred it into the creamy sauce with a fork.
  7. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chicken and fresh Parmesan cheese. You can replace sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
