Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot, ensuring they are evenly spread out.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds apart.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it into the creamy sauce with a fork.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste.
