Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined evenly.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in your slow cooker, arranging them in a single layer if possible.
  4. Pour the Korean BBQ sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they get nice and coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

For added presentation, serve with extra BBQ sauce, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
