- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or preferred sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a layer of ranch dressing on each.
- Evenly divide the chicken and cheese mixture among the wraps, adding shredded lettuce on top.
- Roll up each wrap tightly; secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil.
- Place wraps in the basket, spritzing tops with olive oil.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Remove and slice in half to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken before cooking. To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container for up to three days.
