- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (plus more for topping, optionally)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using a fork.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, Frank’s Red Hot sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until creamy.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish and top with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Cool for a few moments before serving; garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For variations, you can add sautéed garlic or onions, use Greek yogurt for a lighter version, or substitute shredded turkey for the chicken.
