- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add sugar cookie mix, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined and glossy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and top with sprinkles.
Notes
For serving, consider a light dusting of powdered sugar or melted chocolate. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
