Delicious French Dip Sliders with roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • Slider buns (soft)
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (provolone or Swiss)
  • Au jus (for dipping)
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Add the roast beef generously onto the bottom halves.
  4. Pile on the caramelized onions and finish with a layer of cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Serve warm with a cup of au jus for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, mix Worcestershire sauce into the roast beef. You can customize the cheese or add vegetables like roasted red peppers or sautéed mushrooms.
