Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- Blend or whisk together hummus, guacamole, and ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Fry the cheese bites until golden brown and crispy, turning as needed.
- Arrange your dips in the center of a large platter, surrounded by fresh veggies, tortilla chips, crackers, and crispy cheese bites.
