- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until thoroughly browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until combined and aromatic.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough, tucking the filling securely inside, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the rollups with garlic butter.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles.
Notes
Use high-quality ground beef for the best flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for up to three months before baking.
