Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked white rice
½ cup sour cream
½ cup nacho cheese sauce
¼ cup chipotle sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain the excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave to make them more flexible.
3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer it with rice, the seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with a mix of shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
4. Heat a clean skillet and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese blend. Place the burrito seam-side down on the cheese and cook until it melts and forms a crispy crust. Flip and repeat on the other side.
Notes
Customize your burrito by adding jalapeños, black beans, or sautéed onions for extra flavor.
Be sure to warm the tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
Use a nonstick skillet or well-oiled pan for best grilling results and easy flipping.
