Ingredients
1 half gallon lime sherbet
1 (2 liter) bottle of Sprite (or other lemon-lime soda)
1 gallon Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
Red Sugar Sprinkles for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, scoop in the lime sherbet.
2. Pour half of the Sprite, half of the pineapple juice, and half of the Hawaiian Punch over the sherbet. Stir to combine.
3. For a festive touch, dip the rim of a glass in water and then into red sugar sprinkles.
4. Pour the punch into the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
To keep the punch cold without watering it down, freeze some of the punch mixture in ice cube trays beforehand.
You can prepare this punch ahead of time, but add the sherbet just before serving for the best texture.
