Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the ground turkey, cooking until it turns golden brown.
- Add the diced bell peppers, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well to combine.
- Continue cooking until the peppers are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce leaves, or taco shells.
