Instructions

- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine.
- Cook until the peppers are tender, roughly 5 minutes more.
- Serve the mixture over cooked rice, in crisp lettuce wraps, or use it as a savory taco filling.
