Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl until combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add shrimp, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour honey garlic mixture over shrimp, stirring gently to coat and cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce is heated and thickened.
- Serve shrimp over steamed rice or vegetables.
Notes
Don’t overcook the shrimp; they only need a few minutes per side. Customize the sauce with lime juice or chili for a kick.
