Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated. Let them sit for 15-30 minutes to soak up all that flavor.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat until the oil shimmers.
- Once hot, add the marinated salmon pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from heat and drizzle any remaining honey garlic glaze over the top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the skillet. Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
