- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, ketchup
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine the ground beef and sausage over medium heat. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking the meat apart as it cooks.
- Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add Velveeta cheese to the meat mixture and stir until melted and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a generous amount of the meat and cheese mixture onto each slider bun.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are slightly toasted.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can freeze the meat and cheese mixture for up to three months.
