- 1 cup crushed crackers (for coating)

- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a large football shape using your hands.
- Roll the cheese ball in the crushed crackers until fully coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with additional crackers, veggies, or chips for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
For an easy substitute, use a dairy-free cream cheese or a gluten-free cracker. Make it ahead of time by forming the cheese ball and coating it right before serving for maximum freshness.
