Instructions

- Drain excess fat from the skillet, leaving just a little for flavor.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and mixture to thicken slightly.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
For a lighter option, ground turkey or chicken can be used instead of beef. This dish is great for meal prep and can last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
