Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a melting cheese blend)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • Optional toppings: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/4 cup diced onions, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, stirring to break it apart. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir in the cooked rice until well combined and heated through.
  3. Warm the tortilla on a skillet or in the microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. On the warmed tortilla, layer the beef-rice mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Add optional toppings if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
