These low-calorie PB2 protein balls are a delightful treat combining creamy PB2 powder, honey, and rolled oats into satisfying bites perfect for snacks or post-workout revitalization.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PB2 powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Water, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the PB2 powder, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips or nuts, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until everything is well combined, adding water gradually until the mixture is sticky and holds together nicely.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the completed balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
