- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.
