Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended and holds together.
  2. If using, stir in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the protein balls.
