A comforting one-pan dish featuring savory chicken, garlic, and buttery egg noodles, perfect for any weeknight.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and any other vegetables you’d like to incorporate.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then carefully place them in the skillet. Sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil, stirring gently to combine. Once bubbling, add the egg noodles.
  6. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the remaining butter. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
