- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Combine the pasta and milk in the pot and bring to a simmer, cooking until the pasta is tender, roughly 10-12 minutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

For optimal flavor, use high-quality olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan. Consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
