Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine the pasta and milk in the pot and bring to a simmer, cooking until the pasta is tender, roughly 10-12 minutes.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
