Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Brush the tops of the salmon with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
