  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
  • 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and the undrained diced tomatoes and chiles to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  5. Fold the cooked taco meat into the cheese and ranch mixture until evenly combined.
  6. Spoon the filling into the frozen phyllo tart shells.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-13 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding jalapeños or extra spices. Garnish with green onions or cilantro before serving.
