- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
- 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and the undrained diced tomatoes and chiles to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- Fold the cooked taco meat into the cheese and ranch mixture until evenly combined.
- Spoon the filling into the frozen phyllo tart shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-13 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding jalapeños or extra spices. Garnish with green onions or cilantro before serving.
